Returns and Exchanges

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Always remember to inspect if there's any damage or wrong merchandise to report to customer service within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.
Merchandise returned to Oro Club is defined as:
Customer purchased products that they no longer want and returned them to Oro Club for a full refund or credit on their account less shipping cost.

Products that may not be returned to Oro Club:
Earrings - due to health regulations all earring sales are final.
Personalized Items - jewelry that has been personalized (engraving, birthstones etc.) may not be returned.

Promotional gifts not returned with merchandise will be deducted from customer's account.

Returned merchandise for a full refund: If merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full  refund (if no items are damaged). If items are damaged by customer, or items that are not returnable (see list above) customer will only receive partial refund.

Returned merchandise for a credit: Can be returned between 31-60 days of purchase (with no damages) are only eligible to receive credit on their account. Items returned between 61-180 will receive 60% credit on account.

Returns received over 180 days after purchase will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer at their expense.
