1. IS GOLD GUARANTEED?
All our gold is guaranteed in writing on each of the invoices with a stamp of authenticity of 14k.
2. HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
Contact your representative, have your customer number ready and your order organized by code number of each piece at hand.
3. WHEN DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE?
*For Saturday delivery, ask your representative if is available in your area. Some delays may occur due to weather.
4. HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
Make sure you are eligible for a return. Merchandise that is not eligible is described in our return policies section. Contact your representative to begin the process.
5. ARE DIAMONDS GUARANTEED?
All of our items with diamonds come with a certificate or guarantee.
GOLD PRICE
All prices in this catalog are based on the gold value of international markets. Oro Club will reasonably protect its customers from market fluctuations. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
EXCHANGES
Unused pieces in perfect condition will be accepted.
Personalizes pieces, custom made orders, used items, or exaggerated size changes are not exchangeable.
RETURNS
Oro Club jewelry will be accepted as return items as long as they are unused and have not been altered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings and body piercings due to Health Department regulations. Returns of personalized, discontinued or used items will not be accepted.
WARRANTY
All our jewelry are made with 14K gold. Our Quality Control department inspects each piece and each package before it is shipped. If you find any irregularity, call your representative within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
REPAIRS
For your convenience, Oro Club will make repairs on damaged or broken merchandise. Only items purchased at Oro Club are eligible for repair. Changes may apply, please contact your representative for more information.
